Branded Business Gifts – Be Creative and Imaginative!

Variety is the spice of life, or so they say. And it’s also what makes business gifts so purposeful – the range of options available, from pens and paper to sweet jars and umbrellas, and many more. Business gifts may be somewhat overlooked in terms of their necessity for a company, but their importance should not be ignored – they enable you to think outside of the box.

A lot of companies have their own personalised office supplies, such as pens, pencils and notepads. But there is so much more available than these more typical ideas. Business gifts allow you to do things that your competitors won’t – your imagination in terms of what you purchase and with what you choose to personalise your items means options are far-reaching.

You could of course have everything in sight branded with your company name, logo, or message if you wanted to, but that might be taking it a touch too far. There is such a thing as too much exposure. But exposure through business gifts is nonetheless a great tool, and can be a highly interesting or unusual way to get your message across.

For instance, you could give them as gifts to employees, as free gifts for customers, or use them at trade shows, conferences, and fairs. After all, everyone loves a free gift every now and then! And because many branded business gifts are useful (and in many cases essential) items – such as pens and paper – it means people will be happy to accept and use them, meaning the advertising side of it is not too in your face like some campaigns can be.

For some environments and audiences it is clear that certain gifts would be inappropriate and it is therefore better to go for the safer, run-of-the-mill objects like mugs. But if you want to make a long-lasting impression, particularly on new or potential customers, it might be an idea to try something a little bit quirky and different – perhaps a yo-yo, a puzzle tray, or a stress ball – there are so many choices.

Branded business gifts allow you to create strong impressions with people whilst also portraying a professional image and increasing exposure to your business, company or brand – a combination that can be pretty powerful in its effects. The range of options available are wide and encompass many areas, meaning the ball is in your court as to how imaginative and interesting you want to be, depending on the aims you want to achieve and with which audiences. But one thing is for sure, and that is that branded business gifts are certainly a powerful complement to other business strategies.

Branding – Business Identity By Design

Small Businesses and Solo Entrepreneurs need to build their brand identity just like the large companies. People are more likely to do business with you if they feel comfortable with you and feel like they already know you.

When you sneeze do you ask for a ‘Kleenex” or a tissue? Are you thirsty for a ‘Coke’ or a cola? Consumers buy these products just because they are familiar with them. When you’re a small business owner or solo entrepreneur the product/service is you. It is imperative that you build brand identity that creates familiarity of you within your ‘niche’ market. Building your identity is important because people support businesses and products that they are comfortably familiar with and avoid the unknowns.

Here are some successful strategic branding ideas.

Personal experience creates a strong bond between you and your customers. Your customer service needs to be extremely personal so it creates an viral cycle. The personal experience your customer receives will lead to ‘word of mouth’ publicity.

Create a consistent and repetitive association of you in your prospects mind. This can be achieved by using jingles in audio advertising mediums, and logos, photos, slogans and/or positioning statements in print advertising mediums, press releases, brochures and especially your business cards. Remember there is a back side to your business card and that is valuable space to be used for brand marketing. Be consistent in the look of your marketing/advertising so it brands you and your company. People will be acquainted with you based on that alone.

Get a professional web site with headers and footers that continues your business identity using the same logos, photos, slogans and/or positioning statements as you use in print.

Write articles with content that is educational and valuable for your customer. Put each article on your website and invite visits to your site through your resource box. Use your resource box to build brand identity.

Use article directories to publish your articles, with your resource box pointing back to your website, to build name recognition. This is absolutely FREE advertising and a must for branding your business and yourself. When you sign up as an author you have an opportunity to add your photo or logo in your profile. Make sure you take advantage of this opportunity for increased identity branding.

Brand your business by associating with and complimenting other successful products to develop a quality reciprocal link and partnership brand strategy on the Internet. This will increase your exposure and business identity. There are products you can use for this such as Arelis (http://axandra.com/index.htm) and Zeus (http://www.cyber-robotics.com)

Build brand identity and stay in constant contact with your customers and prospects by using an auto responder service. Communicate frequently with your customers and prospects giving useful and personal information. Always use your same logos, photos, slogans and/or positioning statements.

Frequency is another branding strategy. As an example, create a postcard marketing campaign where you send out pertinent information about your market or how you go above and beyond the ‘typical’ customer service. These direct mail postcards should be sent out at least once per month, if not more, and have your photo and/or logo prominently placed.

Your brand is your promise. Make sure you, and anyone associated with your business, can stand behind what you have promised in your efforts and be able to deliver on that promise. If you don’t live up to it promises your customers and prospects will feel alienated from you and your company. This will damage your relationships and your overall brand.

A consistent look for everything you do will design your business identity. Successful small business owners and solo entrepreneurs know the importance of ing their identities into the consciousness of their niche. When they are ready to purchase they will already know you and are willing to buy your product or service. Never under estimate the power of branding.

Branded Business Shirts – Impeccable Dressing

Already held in awe for what they have achieved and for the fame most of them hold aloft, the image of businessmen serves as the replica of what most of us want to become. Impeccably dressed in their neat and crisp attire, they command the attention of everyone they come across.

On the street, people always take a glance at them envying them for all the moment it is worth. And for most of us, they do provide an inspiration, a hope, and a personification of the statement: “If others can do it, then why can’t I?” Although not all of us may get to become a businessman, we can all look the part if we wear branded business shirt.

An Extension of One’s Persona

It may sound an oversimplification of things, but everyone will likely agree that what separates the great from others is sometimes just the piece of garment they wear. This is true for most people who dress to impress knowing that the way they dress and the type of attire they prefer is an extension of one’s personality. In such a society where the same holds true, a branded business shirt is all that can distinguish between the haves and the have-nots.

The Beauty of Branded Business Shirt

A business shirt is a sight to behold especially if worn during special events. There is no wonder then why people try to at least get a feel of wearing them, believing that it holds a sort of magical power in transforming their persona. With their neat row of buttons and a chest pocket to go with a stiffer collar and matched with cuffs, this is the must-have clothing style. Because this can be worn along with a suit or a jacket as well as on its own, the shirt becomes even more appealing. And that appeal will be magnified if one is wearing a branded business shirt.

A branded business shirt is a must have possession. This is because the attire can serve as a status symbol for anyone, allowing them to at least keep in pace with their loftiest aspirations. One will surely get to appreciate the amazing wonder wearing them can do to anyone. But then again, if one is not up to par with the best, at least even in clothing, one can stay toe-to-toe with the famous, thanks to branded business shirt.

Promotional Products is a business dedicated to getting your company name and logo onto as many different varieties of product as possible. Building a Better Branded Business Card

Everyone knows the business card is your first introduction to a new client. Most even understand the importance of making the most of your promotional documents, and what it says about you. But recently there’s been a lot of chatter about Brand Recognition and how the Business Card represents your Brand.

Recently, I was handed a card for Real Estate in a mountainous area of the community and the Realtor’s name was Giselle. The card had the image of a Gazelle on the back, with her information on the front. Either way, you’d know whose card you had. An amazing woman, she represented properties in the highlands and her card represented that very well.

Another card, had black markings and a red “check mark” indicating that she’d CHECK OFF her list of strategic processes. The card was as amazing and memorable as the woman. The woman’s business was well branded and easily recognized by the first promotional document she handed you.

Yet another, sported pink markings on one side and a well presented head shot photo on the front with an appointment blank at the bottom. The Mary Kay consultant represented fit the card, and could easily be identified and remembered by the award winning smile on the front.

These three business cards represent women who know that branding successfully means being identifiable among the crowds, and specifically in the masses of cards collected daily by business owners. Building a better branded business card means putting your personality and identifiable properties on the card.

• Use a high impact graphic that says “YOU”

• Include identifiable characteristics of your business

• Include a photo – head shot of yourself on the front

• Add your logo to the back of the card and say something with color

• Impact the audience with a difference that is recognizable in a stack of cards Your Business Card is the first contact your clients have with your business.

Make it memorable. Effectively brand your business with Logo Designs that speak volumes without saying a word.

Building a Brand – Business Identity

The importance of a professional logo design for a business is often over looked. If you are planning to build a strong business identity or brand then you will need a solid foundation to build from.

A logo is this very foundation for a business identity / brand. If you want to portray a professional identity through your marketing material such as letterheads, business cards, brochures, leaflets and a website then you will need a professional foundation to build from to begin this branding.

Your business stationery and marketing items will be designed around your logo design so as to build a stronger identity for your business that is to become recognisable by your clients and customers. If you have a poor logo design then it is very difficult and sometimes close to impossible to create a professional business identity in the eyes of your intended market.

A logo design is a symbol, a visual representation of your business that should communicate something informative and meaningful. An experienced Logo Designer can even communicate through a logo design your business ethos or an individuals personality, which can help to win business from individuals and organisations that share the same beliefs. It is a good idea to consider your Logo Design budget within your business plan as a logo design should be seen as an investment for your business that will help to win new business through your Company’s enhanced identity. It is all too often the case though that smaller businesses cut this very important corner and begin their own branding with a poor logo design which only leads to the realisation that it will cost far more to upgrade their Company’s identity now that the logo branding has begun.

If you do have a lower budget then it would be best to reduce the amount invested in other areas of design work such as leaflets and brochures which will need changing from time to time anyway. The best advice when it comes to building a visual identity / brand for your business is to begin with a solid foundation so that the necessaries are there at a later time to build from.

How To Apply For A Payday Advance or Loan

What exactly is a payday loan? A payday loan is a fast and quick method to get some extra money. In most cases, you can easily get a loan of $500. You can get the money by verifying your income source and your debit card. It is a risky method but does not involve your home, car, and other possessions. Payday loans are granted on the promise that the amount will be returned when the borrower will receive his next pay. Usually, your monthly income is the only source of verification for the company to grant you the loan. However, every company has their own criteria. Generally there are two types of loans available. The first, considered an in-store loan, allows you to visit the physical location of the establishment and you will receive your payday advance in person. Usually, the process takes about 15 minutes and you will get your money right there. The second is considered an online advance. You will submit an application online providing your paycheck information, bank account information and references. Generally, the money from the advance is deposited into your personal account within one business day.

Features of Payday Loan

These loans are small amounts and you can easily get them. The procedure does not involve any lengthy investigations. You will have to show a proof of your monthly income which must be over $1000. It will be easier to obtain the loan if the amount is relatively less. Once you have established a good relation with the company, you can ask for loans of higher amounts.

You can easily pay the loan when you receive your next payment. The deadline for such loans is typically short. Payday loans are granted at high interest rates and that is why they can easily be obtained. You may have to pay $15 for every $100 that you borrow. Each state and each company has its own rules. There are certain restrictions about how much you can borrow, limitations of interest rates and what should be the due date for such loans.

How to get the loan?

You can get the loan by applying online. In most cases, you will have to fill out a simple form and that is all that is required. The criterion that is offered by many companies includes:

You must be 18 years old
You must have a job and you must be earning at least $1000 monthly
You should have a checking account.
Most of the times, you will get the loan amount in the next 24 hours. You should be careful before you take the loan. Although payday loans are small amounts, but if you do not pay them on time, you will have to pay a huge amount of extra money which can be a terrible experience. Always read the legal policies of your state and your company before you apply for payday loans. In this era of technology, it is also important to take care of your private and financial documents. It is always best to schedule your budget according to your income, but if you cannot, then payday loans are always the best option.

Regulations and Laws Governing Advances

In general, businesses that loan money until your next paycheck are regulated by local state and federal laws. One of the government agencies that regulates the process is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The CFPB is a federal government agency that closely monitors the activities of payday advance companies. They also have an excellent website with FAQs on frequently asked questions. In addition, if you suspect that an establishment did not treat you fairly, took advantage of your situation or another complaint, you can file a formal complaint online which will be investigated. Additionally, many states have their own financial protection departments to make sure everyone is following the rules. For example, in New York State, the Department of Financial Services monitors activities of establishments doing business in that state. Unfortunately, in New York payday loans are illegal. It is a violation of state law for a company to conduct payday advances or loans in-person, by telephone or over the internet. It is also illegal for a debt collector, collection agency or the actual advance company to attempt to collect this debt within the state.

Why Payday Loans Are Good for Many People!

Payday Loans have been criticized by many as a poor financial choice. These loans are also called Payday Advances, Salary Loans or Payroll Loans. Critics say that the interest is very high and that people can get into trouble once they begin to borrow money that way. Both of those statements can be true, but are not always the case. Just like anything else in life, if someone chooses to misuse assistance or abuse many other options that they have that normally are good, things can still end up to be bad!

Let’s address some of the concerns. The first concern is about the high rates of interest. It is true that the Interest Rates on these loans would seem astronomical compared to most traditional loan rates. But let’s take a closer look.

When a person gets a $100 Payday Loan and it costs them $20 to borrow it, many people would criticize that this is a rip off and that it is a form of predatory lending. They feel that it is unfair to people who may not fully understand the costs involved in this type of unsecured loan. They might say that Cash Advance Loans are too expensive when compared to other loan products or services and that Payday Loans should be avoided.

Now, when your auto mechanic is fixing your car and he orders a part for you, what happens? Let’s say that the part costs $100 wholesale to the mechanic and that the suggested retail price of the part is $150, which he charges you. Now he only had this part in his possession for minutes or possibly hours, but he still has profited by twice the amount of the Payroll Loan lender. The mechanic is taking a minimal risk that the part fails and he has to do the repair again at no charge. The Payroll Loan lender has taken a much greater risk by lending money to people whom other lenders would turn away.

Think about it for a moment. If the restaurant that you and you family had dinner at last night ordered fresh food during the day yesterday to prepare meals, and your meal cost them $100 in raw food ingredients, but then your bill came to $150 (plus tip!) then why is this practice looked down upon? The restaurant only had possession of the food for a few hours before serving, yet they could add the $50 of revenue to cover their costs and make a little profit.

Somehow, when other types of business make much greater revenue on the products or services that they deliver, it just seems to be considered by most to be free enterprise and is perfectly acceptable. In reality, it is! Our society depends on goods and services being provided to fill the needs and wants of the public and everyone knows that some money must be made at each level or no one would bother doing it! Essentially, we gladly pay because we have needs that we can’t fulfill on our own!

Using this new found perspective, why should Unsecured Loan Lenders do this for Free? They have bills to pay and need to make a little money too, which is the same as any other form of commerce. Because of the higher risk that they take, they also need to cover their losses. Do you think you pay too little for insurance? Probably not. When insurance companies sustain huge losses, they increase their rates to stay profitable. It is just part of the costs we pay, just like it is with short term Loans.

Now the other thing that Payday Loans are often criticized because of is the concern that once someone begins to borrow against their future earnings, they can get into financial trouble. If someone needs more money than they make, it is difficult to get back to good financial health. Once people start using credit to get things they need, they can get in trouble when the bills start to come due.

Hmmm. Does this sound familiar? If someone sees the latest fashionable pair of boots on their way home and it only costs $150, will they likely skip Starbucks one morning a week to save up to buy them? Will they save the $5 per week and wait 30 weeks to buy the boots with cash, after they go out of style? Or will they pull out their trusty credit card, run into the store and come out $150 plus tax, plus interest in debt!

When you don’t want to cook, you go out to eat. But what if your budget included dinner at home? You rely on your credit card to pay for dinner. When you don’t have any extra money and you accidentally drop your smart phone, and the display breaks, you use your credit card. If you develop a throat infection and need to pay the doctor’s co-pay, or your dog needs to see the vet, or your car won’t pass inspection without new tires or your children need new shoes for school, you use your credit card.

Using your credit card means you are borrowing against your future earnings. You are assuming that you will continue to make enough money to pay back the credit cards and the interest, along with your normal living expenses. This is the way most of us live. We use credit to our advantage and realize that there is a cost for doing that. We also use credit to help us achieve the quality of life that we want to live, along with paying for things that we have to pay for.

For people without credit cards, and possibly have poor credit on top of that, a Payroll Loan is likely one of their only options. Believe it or not, these folks have needs and wants too. They get hungry, they need to have safe cars, they get sick, their kids needs shoes and so on. They just can’t borrow against their future earnings the way you probably can.

Traditional lenders, especially in recent years, tend to only want the lowest risk customers and generally are not interested in doing business with the typical applicant for a Salary Loan. The loan applicant needs a steady job and a bank account to qualify for this type of loan, and those two characteristics may help to indicate that there is a good chance that the potential borrower is trying to do the right thing.

In summary, these unsecured loans are not for everyone. However, for many hardworking people who need money and cannot turn to traditional lenders, a Payday Loan may be the perfect solution!

High Rate Loans – Pros and Cons

If you do not know the term “Pay Day” or its variations, consider yourself lucky. At least financially.

The term “Pay Day” is a euphemism. Let us first define it for what it really is.

Payday lending is a form of short-term lending without collateral to people with little or no liquidity, or a bad credit rating. Pay Day is a generic term. Companies in this form of lending go by other names, such as Cash and Go, Advance Pay, Loan Up and Cash Carry. Sometimes these are also called Accommodation Loans or Instant Cash.

Whatever the name, here is a statistic to show how prevalent they have become in a few short years (probably last ten years) in the US. There are some 22,000 companies in Pay Day business, making $40 billion in loans and collecting $6 billion in interest and fees. This number may already be dated, since more companies are coming on line.

REASON FOR PAY DAY POPULARITY

Here are the reasons:

As a business model, it is proven to be resilient and profitable. Diverse portfolio, small exposure, short term nature of the loan and catering to a sector few traditional lenders touch.
With Americans’ incomes not keeping pace with inflation, and increasing illegal immigration, there is growing need for Payday type loans as more and more people live from paycheck to paycheck.
While there is State level regulation on Payday practices, this form of lending is highly unregulated and as yet unchecked in any real form by Federal government. And State supervision is spotty. So no wonder new Payday type lenders are cropping up all over.
Because of small loans and not much oversight, entry barriers are low.
PROS AND CONS

Pros:

Easy terms, no collateral
Negative credit history is not an obstacle
Very local
Caters to a segment of population which has no other alternatives to cover their expenditures or budgets
Cons:

Very high rates of interest (although many States have Usury laws, so Payday lenders skirt it by calling these “fees” or “service charges”
Addictive. Since money is easily available, there is less incentive to save and forgo certain expenditures
Does not improve borrower’s credit history–whereas getting credit from a traditional source, even a store, and paying it down regularly will actually improve your credit rating and open up other doors to borrowing
WAYS TO AVOID PAYDAY

Get in the habit of budgeting your income and expenses and do it conservatively. This will help you manage your cash flow and enable you to predict it—that way you can find ways to either boost your income or reduce expenses. It also will help you to prioritize your expenses
Diligently note down your expenses
Try to put internal limits on when to use a credit card. I advised someone to not use a credit card for single-shop charges below $25. It is amazing how quickly she realized money was flowing through her hands. She never appreciated this when flashing credit cards, and making minimum payments.
Pay off all or most of credit card balance each month. Credit card companies are only a slightly softer version of Payday lenders.
I prefer loan from a friend or from family although I realize it is not always possible
Treat Payday as the absolute last resort, before bankruptcy. That will help you strengthen your resolve to avoid them as long as possible
Get Credit Counseling. Like someone who wants to lose weight must seek professional help, if you are unable to balance your checkbook, you need to see a professional financial advisor.
See if you have an asset that can be monetized. It may be jewelry you do not use or a house bigger than you can afford. This is the absolute first step to repairing your financial health.

10 Reasons Why Believing in a Christian God Is Good for You

NO WORRIES It’s good to know we can hand all our cares and anxieties to God. 1 Peter 5 6-7 says, “Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” It’s a great relief to know that God is always there to take care of business, so we don’t have to worry.
SEE BENEATH THE SKIN If we believe in God we don’t need to be concerned about how we look. There is no need to worry about our outward appearance because as 1 Samuel 16.7 tells us: “… the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” If we see others as God sees them, in other words by what’s in their heart, we become better, happier people.
NO NEED TO GOSSIP Social media offers plenty of opportunity for slander and criticism. James gives good advice on this (4:11-12): “Brothers and sisters, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against a brother or sister or judges them speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you-who are you to judge your neighbour?” In other words we are in no position to criticize.
HAVE FAITH When we believe in God, we have faith, and faith brings salvation; see Ephesians 2:8-9: “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast.” What does this really mean? It means trusting in God is a gift so we don’t have to work for it. And faith is its own reward, releasing us from all futile desires and endeavours and sorting out what really matters, the elimination of wicked thoughts.
STAY HEALTHY WITHOUT HAVING TO DIET When we believe in God we don’t have to worry about what we eat. Exodus 23.25 says, “Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water.”
BE STRONG WHEN YOUR HEART IS BROKEN Read Psalm 147.3 which says, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Trying to get over the loss of a loved one through bereavement or separation is one of the hardest trials we have to endure. The journey is a lot easier when God is with us.
YOU CAN STAY IN GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE ALWAYS Exodus 15.26 “For I am the God who heals you.” As Christians we expect good health through prayer and meditation. The only way to see if it works is to try it.
YOU NEVER HAVE TO ASK “WHY AM I HERE?” Pointless existential questions disappear when we believe in God. His purpose for our life becomes manifest and fruitful. Psalm 57:2 says, “I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.” The deal is this: if we make all our choices with God in mind, He will fulfil his purpose through us. No more vexing over meaningless days as every day and everything we do has meaning in God’s eyes.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DYING Ecclesiastes 12.7 says about death “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” This is such a comforting thought, to know that we are eternal spirits, that our appointed time on earth is temporary and our future will be spent in everlasting glory.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO WASTE TIME WONDERING WHERE THE UNIVERSE CAME FROM “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1) This is all we need to know about the origins of our environment. And of course, God made us too. What is there not to like?

Is My Pain From Tight Muscles Or Could It Be From Something Else

During the past 35 years of my chiropractic practice, I have been asked many times “Is my neck and back pain from tight muscles or could it be something else?” This article will discuss muscular pain, and other sources of discomfort and how relief of neck and back pain can be achieved.

Recently a patient in her early 30s came to my office with a complaint of chronic lower back pain. Her job required her to perform rigorous physical activities of installing flooring and carpeting. She told me that her discomfort was interfering with her ability to perform her work duties. She was afraid that she would have to discontinue that line of work and take another vocation because of her condition.

When I asked her what she had done previously to help with the problem, she told me she had seen orthopedic specialists who gave her steroid medication and muscle relaxers. She had also seen physical therapists who gave her stretching exercises. She noted these measures gave her some temporary relief but didn’t completely resolve her pain.

When I examined her, we found that she definitely had muscle spasms of her low back. However, her examination revealed a more significant deeper problem. Her muscles were tight and in spasm because they were trying to protect deeper spinal joint misalignments.

I told her that the body will always work to protect an injured area. In her case, her muscles were chronically tight and in spasm because they were doing what they are supposed to do to keep her condition from worsening.

Let’s take a moment to explain the difference between muscular pain and pain from other sources. If we over-use our muscles, they can be sore and go into some degree of spasm; it might be mild, or it could be severe. Typically, this muscle discomfort eases over the course of several days as the body heals itself. This is a completely normal type of healing.

However, if the source of the condition is from a deeper problem, such as a misalignment of spinal joints, superficial muscular pain will be continuous and become chronic. If this is the case treatment of the muscles will only result in temporary, minimal pain relief at best. To correct the problem, we must address the deeper source of pain. Pain relief can only occur if we solve what’s causing the problem.

In my patient’s case, treatment consisted of utilizing gentle, chiropractic spinal adjustments to correct the misalignment of the spinal bones of her back. After her first treatment she immediately felt the muscular spasm relax and loosen. She said: “Wow, I feel looser already!” It took some more treatments of safe, chiropractic adjustments to fully correct the deeper alignment problem so that she could perform her job free of pain.

Chiropractors are specialist healthcare providers, when it comes to relieving spinal neck pain and pain of the lower spine. Chiropractors are trained to diagnose and treat physical, mechanical alignment problems of spine pain. Most patients who go to chiropractors find that having chiropractic treatment is a safe, pleasant experience because it relieves tightness and spasm of the muscles by correcting the deeper spinal misalignment.

Remember, sore muscles should normally heal after a few days of rest. If, however, chronic muscular tightness, stiffness or spasm persists, it is most likely due to a deeper spinal misalignment problem. In this case, it is prudent to seek gentle, safe chiropractic care for muscle pain relief.
